"No fees!" on a money transfer often means the fee is hidden in the exchange rate.

Compare the rate you're offered with the mid-market rate (the one you see on a search engine). The gap is a hidden fee. Some banks add 2–5%; specialist transfer services are often much cheaper. Compare the total amount the other person receives.
